MANNHEIMER, Judge. Teddy Willie pleaded no contest to a charge of importing alcohol into an area that had voted to prohibit it, AS 04.11.496.
When he entered this plea, he reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress the evidence against him.
Cooksey v. State, 524 P.2d 1251 (Alaska 1974). Willie also appeals his sentence, asserting it is excessive. We remand for
further proceedings.
